my videos aren't working on mobile

videos show unavailable on mobile, but work fine on PC.
What to do??

    Thanks for getting back to me. Its seems to be a limited problem. My son
    cannot get the videos on his phone, but seems ok with other phones. He
    has an older smart phone.
    I think ok to let it drop for now.

    Hey David,

    It is not uncommon for outdated smartphones to begin having difficulties playing videos. This is either because they're Flash versions go out of date or because the device does not support HTML5.

    Unfortunately there is little I can do to help you get the device to play videos if the software is out of date. I suggest taking a look at the Flash version and check to see if the phone supports HTML5.

    Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help.
